Peer review of Rigsrevisionen

In the course of 2021, specific processes and activities of Rigsrevisionen were peer reviewed by a team of competent auditors from the Norwegian (lead), Swedish and Finnish Supreme Audit Institutions. The peer review was undertaken at Rigsrevisionen’s request.

The overall assessment made by the peer review team regarding our audit strategy for the Danish public accounts and our planning, conducting and following up major studies was positive. However, the peer review team also offered several recommendations on improving our quality assurance system, documentation processes and selection of topics for our major studies.
