The report concerns the effort made by the ministry to procure data for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of resource programmes. Cross-sectoral resource programmes were introduced in connection with the reform of the early-retirement and flexjob schemes in 2013. They combine services provided within the employment, social and health sectors and aim to help vulnerable citizens find employment or relevant education opportunities.
The purpose of the study is to determine whether the Ministry of Employment has procured the data required to monitor the resource programmes, the use and combination of the services and the effect of the programmes.
Rigsrevisionen initiated the study in June 2016.
