Memorandum on the European Court of Auditors’ Annual Report for 2014

The memorandum informs the Public Accounts Committee of the main conclusions of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) as presented in its annual report for 2014. Rigsrevisionen has decided to focus on two areas that we find particularly interesting, i.e. the efforts made by the European Commission and the Member States to achieve the intended results with the EU funds and the ECA’s call on the EU decision makers to develop a new approach to the management of EU investment and spending.
