The report is about Denmark's development cooperation with Bolivia in the period 2010 to 2012. Characteristic of the cooperation in this period has been that Denmark was phasing out aid to Bolivia. The objective of the study is two-fold. 1. To assess whether the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' cooperation and communication with Bolivia have adhered to the principles governing long-term partnerships and mutual accountability. 2. To assess whether the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has focused on ensuring the sustainability of the development programmes in Bolivia. .
The report forms part of the preparations for the Danish Public Accounts Committee's visit to Bolivia in August 2012.
