The report is about DSBFirst's economy and the tender of the train service on Kystbanen. The Danish Transport Authority was in charge of tendering the train passenger service on Kystbanen. DSBFirst took over operation of the service in January 2009.
The objective of the examination is to provide insight into the financial position of DSBFirst and answer the questions put forward by the Danish Public Accounts Committee concerning the tender of the train passenger service on Kystbanen. The report answers the following questions:
