Report on the funds for socially marginalised people

18-01-2006

Report no. 7/2005

Funds of well over DKK 500 million in support to socially marginalised people were allocated in 2002. The funds were provided according to a new funding model, which combines direct government grants with block grants.

The report illustrates the Ministry of Social Affairs’ administration of the funds by evaluating the Ministry’s efforts in connection with the preparation, administration and follow-up on the allocation of funds.

Furthermore, the report evaluates whether the Ministry ensures that the intentions of the new funding model are being realised, i.e. that projects generate real improvements that can be locally embedded.
