Clarification of facts

We usually report on the preliminary outcome of our studies in factual reports that include the results of our analyses and provide the foundation for our response to the evaluation criteria.

Purpose

The purpose of factual reports is to establish a basis for our answers to the questions raised in the reports. We document our analysis of the evaluation criteria, and sometimes we also assess whether the evaluation criteria have been achieved. Based on our scrutiny of relevant documents, or if it turns out that our evaluation criteria are inaccurate or have become irrelevant, we may decide to change the evaluation criteria and either expand or narrow down the scope of the study. The ministry is kept informed of such changes.
